Terms & Conditions for Klints

VAT

Klints is a sole proprietorship, which means that all prices include 25% VAT.

​

Production

Ready-to-ship products are normally dispatched within 1–7 days after payment has been received.

All made-to-order products are handmade, which may result in longer processing times. Once payment has been received, your order is placed in the production queue and made in the order it was received. Processing time is usually between 1–6 weeks depending on the number of orders and my available time.

Please note that I run this business alongside a full-time job, which may affect production and delivery times.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with PostNord in padded envelopes or boxes depending on the size of the shipment.

Tracked shipping can be selected during checkout for additional security and the ability to follow the shipment.

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you. In the event of a claim, we may require information such as the order number, photographs of damaged packaging, or other information necessary to investigate the matter.

Measurements and Sizes

When ordering harnesses or collars, it is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements for your pet.

Measurements of handmade products may vary slightly from the size chart by a few centimeters. Leashes may also vary slightly in length. If a mistake has been made on my part, the product will be adjusted free of charge. If incorrect measurements were provided, adjustments can be made for an additional fee.

Address Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the shipment is returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order.

Product Care

Avoid exposing products made from materials other than PVC to water, as this may affect both durability and appearance.

PVC products are water-resistant and can be used in wet environments without issue.

If your product comes into contact with water, it is recommended that you dry it immediately and store it in a dry place to prevent damage.

Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund until production has begun.

Harnesses, leashes, and other products made according to the customer's choice of size, measurements, colors, decorative ribbons, hardware, or other personal customizations are exempt from the right of withdrawal under the exception for custom-made goods.

For products that are not custom-made, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me and provide your name and order number.

Returned products must be in substantially unchanged condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Payment

Payment can be made by card or Swish.

After completing your order, a receipt will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check both your inbox and spam folder to ensure that you receive your confirmation.

When paying via Swish, confirmation may take slightly longer as payments must be manually verified. Thank you for your patience while your order is processed.

Complaints and Claims

If your product has a manufacturing defect or has been incorrectly made, please contact me so that the issue can be resolved.

If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

Adding Products to an Existing Order

Already placed an order but forgot something?
